These terms and conditions apply to all reservations made with the Hotel Résidence TA KLADIA OMIGNA.
All
reservations imply unreserved acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions.
A reservation will only be considered confirmed and guaranteed once the deposit has been received and validated.
Deposit: 30% is required for the entire stay.
Balance: The balance must be paid on arrival when the keys are handed over.
Deposit: €300 by cheque or credit card.
Cancellation and refund : As soon as the reservation is made, 30% of the reservation is charged and non-refundable. If cancelled 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the reservation is charged and non-refundable. If cancelled 1 day before arrival or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the reservation is charged and non-refundable.
Payment methods accepted: Cash, cheques, vacation vouchers, credit cards (Visa, Eurocard except American Express).
Arrival: Studios are available from 5:00 pm.
Please let us know in case of late arrival.
Departure: Studios must be vacated by 10:00 am.
Linen: €70 for 3/4 persons, €35 for 1/2 persons.
Cleaning: The studio must be left clean or a cleaning fee of 50 € will be charged.
Pets: Allowed with surcharge of €15 per day / per pet / on request
Cot : On request
Tourist tax: €1.65 per person per day
