All<br \/>reservations imply unreserved acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p>A reservation will only be considered confirmed and guaranteed once the deposit has been received and validated.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deposit:<\/strong> 30% is required for the entire stay.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Balance:<\/strong> The balance must be paid on arrival when the keys are handed over.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deposit:<\/strong> \u20ac300 by cheque or credit card.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cancellations and refunds:<\/strong> Reservations can be cancelled up to 30 days before the arrival date. Cancellation less than 30 days in advance, or a non-cancelled reservation, or a no-show will result in non-refund of the deposit. Payment methods accepted: Cash, cheques, vacation vouchers, credit cards (Visa, Eurocard except American Express).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arrival:<\/strong> Studios are available from 5:00 pm.
